How do I make a reservation?
While we don’t offer online booking, our team is happy to assist you! Please call us at 727-360-5596 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to make a reservation. You can also check availability by calling the Front Office or submitting an online request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you take money when booking a reservation?
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We require a one-night deposit for stays of 3 nights or less, and a two-night deposit for stays longer than 3 nights.
Can you guarantee a specific room number?
Specific room numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed for reservations shorter than 7 nights.
Do you have nightly minimums?
Yes, we require a two-night minimum stay over weekends (Friday and Saturday nights). Additional minimum stay requirements apply during most holidays
- Easter: 5-night minimum
- Mother’s Day Weekend: 3-night minimum
- Memorial Day Weekend: 3-night minimum
- Fourth of July: 7-night minimum
- Labor Day Weekend: 3-night minimum
- Thanksgiving: 4-night minimum
- New Year’s Eve: 5-night minimum
What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. You’re welcome to arrive on the property at any time during the day, and we’ll have your room ready as soon as possible.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
When do I owe the remaining balance on my room?
The remaining balance is collected at check-in. All guests are required to present a valid credit card and identification for security purposes, regardless of payment method.
What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoke areas on property. Please refer to our site map for specific locations.
What is your parking policy?
We allow one vehicle per occupied guest room, so please make alternative arrangements for any additional vehicles. Boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted on property. Vehicles without a Bon-Aire parking permit may be towed.
Can I have visitors?
Yes, visitors are welcome during your stay; however, we do not provide visitor parking. Please note that the pool area is for registered guests only.
Are you pet friendly?
No, we do not allow pets on the property.
Can we schedule an event?
Depending on the time of year, yes! You can submit an event request via email. Availability and pricing may vary, and our staff will get back to you with a response as soon as possible.
Are you providing daily housekeeping service?
Yes, we offer limited daily housekeeping, including fresh towels and trash removal. For stays longer than three nights, you will also receive a scheduled sheet change and full service.
